The Pritzker Architecture Prize is one of the most prestigious awards an architect can receive. In 2018, Balkirsha Doshi was selected as the Pritzker Architecture Prize Laureate. This book is conceptualized around his philosophy that architecture is an extension of life. He continually seeks to discover something he has neither seen nor previously experienced. The concept for this piece, space between uncertainty, is based on Doshi’s philosophy. The piece explores the notion of not knowing, understanding, and with that new knowledge, one can explore something unknown again. The book begins with the table of contents and intro page. Furthermore, there are sections placed in various orders to create uncertainty amongst readers. With enough space between the disruption, the reader can adapt from uncertainty, to being certain, and then back to uncertainty.
